To create a FINTEI account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the FINTEI Website: Go to fintei.org.
  2. Click "Sign In": In the upper right corner of the window, you'll find the "Sign In" button. Click on it to start the registration process.
  3. Click "Create an Account":Enter your email address and check the box to confirm that you are not a robot if it appears.
  4. Verify Your Email: You will receive a verification email in your inbox. Open this email and click on the "Verify Email" link.
  5. Complete Your Profile: You will be directed to the "Create Account" page, where you'll need to provide profile information and create a password.
  6. Access Your Dashboard: Once your account profile is complete, you'll be taken to your dashboard. From there, you can explore and enroll in courses by clicking the "Browse Our Catalog" button.

Now you're ready to start your learning journey with FINTEI!

We understand that you may have preferences or reasons for wanting to change your username. However, once accounts are created in the FINTEI system, usernames cannot be changed.

When creating your account, please choose a username that you will be comfortable using in the long term. We recommend selecting a username that is meaningful to you and that you can easily remember. It's also important to consider any professional or personal implications associated with the username you choose.

Yes, you can access most content of FINTEI courses and programs on mobile web browsers such as Safari, Firefox, Samsung Internet, and Chrome. This includes videos and text-based content, which you can view on your mobile phone.

However, it's important to note that mobile web browsers may not support the complete set of HTML5 and JavaScript required for all features of our courseware to function optimally. As a result, some assessment question types may not be available when accessing the courses on a mobile web browser.

For the best learning experience and to ensure access to all course features, we recommend using a personal laptop or desktop computer with the latest version of Chrome or Firefox. These browsers offer the most robust support for our courseware and provide the optimal learning environment.

To add your FINTEI certificate on your LinkedIn profile, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit your LinkedIn Profile.

Step 2: Scroll down to the "Licenses and Certifications" section and click the "+" icon on the right.

Step 3: Provide Certificate Information. Choose "FINTEI" as the issuing organization.

Step 4: Continue scrolling and insert the Certificate URL from the certificate on your FINTEI dashboard. Then, click "Save."

Your FINTEI certificate will now be prominently displayed on your LinkedIn profile.

To fully engage with the course materials and complete most assignments, an active internet connection is required. The interactive nature of the courses, including video lessons and online activities, relies on real-time connectivity.

However, we understand that circumstances may arise where internet access is limited or temporarily unavailable. In such cases, you can take advantage of the downloadable video transcripts available for all FINTEI courses. These transcripts allow you to review the course content offline and refer to the information at your convenience.

Please note that while the video transcripts can be downloaded, they do not provide the same interactive experience as the online course materials. To fully participate in discussions, quizzes, and other course activities, an internet connection will be necessary.

You have the option to change the email address associated with your FINTEI account to one of your preference. To do so, please follow these steps through your FINTEI account settings:

  1. Navigate to the "Email" field.
  2. Enter your desired new email address.
  3. Provide your current password in the designated field.
  4. Click "Submit."

Upon completing this process, the system will update the email associated with your account. For future logins, please use the newly provided email address.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter difficulties in viewing videos within a FINTEI course, please be aware that we do not offer a download option for videos due to intellectual property considerations. Nevertheless, you should still have access to and be able to watch the videos directly on the course platform.

To ensure the best possible viewing experience, we recommend using the latest versions of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox on a personal laptop or desktop computer. These browsers are generally compatible with the video playback technology used in our courses.

To change the name displayed on your FINTEI certificate, please follow these straightforward steps:

Step 1: Log in to your FINTEI account and locate your profile at the upper right corner of the window.

Step 2: Click and choose the "Profile" option. On the subsequent page, select the "Edit Profile" button.

Step 3: In the profile editing section, you will find different name fields, each with its designated purpose and function indicated above. Adjust the relevant name fields to your preferences:

  • "First Name" and "Last Name" will be used in email communications to you.
  • "Full Name" will be displayed on your certificate.

Step 4: Once you are satisfied with the changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Continue" button in blue to save your updated details.

After following these steps, your certificate should now feature the name adjustments you made in your profile.

If you no longer wish to use your FINTEI account, you have the option to delete it. You can also choose to deactivate your account by reaching out to our support team. Before You Delete:

Please keep in mind that deleting your FINTEI account will also result in the removal of any certificates you've earned on our platform. Unfortunately, we will be unable to recover these certificates for you. Therefore, it's crucial to download them from your "Accomplishments" section before proceeding with the account deletion. If you plan to use FINTEI again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

If you simply want to stop receiving emails from FINTEI, you can adjust your email settings. If you prefer a temporary account deactivation instead, please contact us to inform us of your choice.

What Happens When You Delete:

When you delete your FINTEI account, all associated account information will be permanently erased. This includes your course certificates and payment details. Any ongoing subscriptions will also be canceled.

If your subscription is eligible for a refund, it will be automatically processed upon account deletion, without the need to contact our support team. Refunds typically take 5-7 days to reflect in your account. You can find more information about our refund policies on our website.
