We take violations of these policies with utmost seriousness, and even within the stipulated refund period, we may not grant refunds to users who breach these terms. This applies to scenarios such as failing to achieve a passing grade or expressing dissatisfaction with final grades.

For one-time acquisitions, such as Guided Projects, FINTEI does not entertain refund requests.
For Courses and Programs, a full refund can be requested within 14 days of payment or until you obtain a course certificate within the program, whichever comes earlier. In instances where you pre-enroll and remit payment for a course or program, a complete refund is possible up to 14 days after the launch of the course or program or until you earn your certificate.
Refunds for Certificates are managed differently depending on the offering:

Refunds for Trials: To avoid incurring charges during a free trial, it's imperative to cancel before its conclusion. If you complete a course during the free trial, you may be required to make a one-month subscription payment.
Cancellation: Subscriptions remain active on a month-to-month basis until canceled, ensuring access throughout the current month following cancellation.
To obtain a full refund for FINTEI Plus subscription payments, submit a refund request through the Learner Help Center within 14 days of payment. Requests initiated beyond this timeframe will not be honored.
For FINTEI Plus trials, failure to cancel during the free trial period results in being charged the complete subscription amount.
In the event of an upgrade from FINTEI Lite to FINTEI Plus, a 14-day window from the upgrade date exists to prevent the next billing cycle or obtain a refund.
Cancellation: FINTEI Plus subscriptions persist for the specified duration, renewing automatically unless canceled during the refund period.
Refund policies for these programs are established by the Content Provider offering the program and are conveyed to students by these providers.
Generally, FINTEI refrains from providing refunds or vouchers for other services unless explicitly articulated during the service sign-up process.
Should you make a purchase through a third-party marketplace, the applicable refund policy of that marketplace usually prevails. FINTEI relinquishes responsibility for third-party refund policies.
Special offers or discounts are subject to FINTEI's discretion. Eligibility is determined by FINTEI, with factors like payment method or account email information employed for eligibility verification.
FINTEI retains the prerogative to alter subscription plans and pricing as deemed necessary. Notifications of price adjustments or subscription plan changes are relayed to users for their awareness.
In addition to the aforementioned refund policies, European users may be entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to specific criteria. Should you exercise this right, reimbursement will occur within 14 days, employing the initial payment method. However, if services have been entirely rendered with prior consent, the right of withdrawal may not be applicable. Users can exercise this right by communicating their withdrawal through a clear statement within the stipulated timeframe.
10. Physical Products Return Policy
For physical products purchased through FINTEI, you may return both defective and non-defective items by mail within 14 days of receipt. We also accept exchanges during this period, provided that the products are returned in new condition.
