At FINTEI, we uphold intellectual property rights and expect the same from our users. We reserve the right to take action against users who repeatedly infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) provides a framework for copyright owners to address infringements online. If you believe that materials on our platform infringe your copyright, you or your agent can request their removal or blocking.

Your notice should include:

1. A valid signature of an authorized person.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s).
3. Details to locate the infringing material.
4. Contact information.
5. A statement of good faith belief.
6. An accurate statement, under penalty of perjury.

Notices must meet DMCA requirements and can be sent by mail or email.

We also respect trademark rights. Misleading content or trademark violations may result in actions like content removal, warnings, or account suspension. If you suspect trademark misuse, contact us at copyright@fintei.org, and we'll investigate accordingly.
